Questions we get every week
- Two things move the number more than square footage does: the finish level you pick, and how far the plumbing has to move. A straight walk-in shower is the entry job; a full master suite with a freestanding tub, heated floor and double vanity is the top end. We don't quote a range down the phone, because a range is wrong by definition — you get a fixed written price after a free 30-minute walkthrough, and the price you sign is the price you pay.
